The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us. If you would like to make an exchange, write to us at bkparfums@gmail.com . Items must be returned within 20 days of the purchase date. The item must not be washed and must have its original tags. Transport is your responsibility.

BK PARFUM is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement for an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packaged in its original box.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS:

You must contact us at bkparfums@gmail.com within 20 days of purchase. We will give you packing and shipping instructions. If the item is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund the price of the item and the original shipping costs.
